about

CTM-celebrated Theresa Stroetges, also known for her multimedia engineering work as well as her band Soft Grid and Epiphany Now, has turned over Cloudy Crackled Serpent Tales, four adventurous fairytales that look out at the sea with sweet delight as well as a need for periodic shelter from the salty high winds. This EP is a partial rerelease of Stroetges' collaborative project When the Sea Looks Back. A Serpent's Tale, a compilation of works from the artist's participation in the Nida Art Colony exhibitions in 2017. This exclusive rerelease also features an exciting come back from the dormant Square Root of Evil, the acidic, twirling, IDM-centric outfit of Vancouver-based DJ and promoter Jen Pea. Today, Jen DJs regularly as Nancy Dru.
